Why do you have Super User Program?

The Power User Program can help Mountology to learn how we can do better on products design and service. Particularly for our new release products, we offer a limited supply of free test samples in exchange for early feedback. This feedback helps us better gauge market response and get a head start on any areas that might need improvement. Super Users are individuals who not only appreciate free products, they are pioneers who enjoy testing, sharing helpful suggestions to our product, marketing, and customer service teams. They also enjoy sharing their experiences with other prospective buyers.

How do I join this program?

Please complete and submit the application form. You will receive notification of the outcome within 3 business days.

What should I do if I encounter any problems in the program?

You may contact us at any time by email: support@mountology.net and we will reply back to you within two business days to assist you with your issue.

How does this program work?

Sign in/up and then select your preferred product. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Mountology within two business days. Once you have received your product, you will have one week to try it out and post a review/feedback online. Posting high-quality reviews and content on multiple platforms, or sharing your experience with others will lead to even more exclusive discounts and special rewards! Please note that you are not required to post a review on Amazon.

What if I am not interested in the available products?

Available products will be updated every week. If there are currently no products available that you like, you can apply to be a Super User without selecting an available product now. You can bookmark the Super User page and return to see an updated list of available products and select one you like in the future.

Who is eligible to apply?

This program is not open to the public. Below are the requirements for an applicant. 1). Applicants must reside in one of the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, France, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain. 2). Our program is at capacity for the following: HAD review history ON THE Amazon platform and have an Amazon online account Had one active and valuable account on YouTube, Twilter, Facebook, Google+, tech websites, personal blogs or forums, Mountology maintains full rights to judge and determine an applicant's acceptance to the Super User Program.
