Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Mountology, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@mountology.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on Mountolgoy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Mountology. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Mountology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Global Distribution System For Mountology


Started from 2019, our company will start to recruit some distributors or reseller to sell 

Megawheels products. For those people who are interested in this cooperation, please read 

these principles carefully.

Drop Shipping Cooperation

1.We will offer a best Drop Shipping price for our products to reseller, and the price 

includes shipping fee.

2.There isn’t any quantity limitation for reseller’s order. Reseller can buy one product or 

place a bulk order, and then we will arrange shipment to reseller or to the end customer 

directly after receiving the order. For those who want to resell our products, they even can 

make a trial order first (also at drop shipping price).

3. The products in our US warehouse can be only shipped to the United States mainland, the 

following areas are not included: Hawaii State, Alaska, affiliated islands and other remote 

area that can not be dispatched by our warehouse. We don’t offer after-sale service to the 

above remote areas neither.


4. The products in our EU warehouse can only be dispatched to the following countries in 

Europe: Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, 

Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Denmark. However, it does not 

include the dependent countries of the above countries, affiliated islands, and other remote 

areas that can not be detected by the warehouse. We don’t offer after-sale service to the 

above remote areas neither.

 
5. Reseller needs to bear the round-trip freight and the warehouse handling fee if there is 

any returned order caused by the incorrect address.

6. For the operated order, We cancel the order or intercept the shipment according to 

reseller’s request, Reseller should be responsible for the cost occurred by these 

operations. If it is unsuccessful to intercept the shipment, and the product has been 

shipped, this order is finished. And if reseller contact the customer to reject the parcel 

and return it to our warehouse, the return shipping fee and handling fee that occurred will 

be deducted from reseller’s account.


7.Payment should be done before shipment. For order less than 5 PCS, reseller can buy it at 

our website directly and fill in the address of recipient (we will give reseller the 

exclusive code to meet the price difference). While for the order that is bigger than 5 PCS, 

reseller can transfer the money of order to our bank account, and send the detailed order 

information to us. After payment done, we will handle the shipment and send the tracking 

number to reseller via email within two days (except for the weekend).

8.For all products, not allowed to sell on amazon and eBay platform.

OEM Cooperation

Apart from the Drop Shipping cooperation, we also can offer OEM partnership to all customers 

around the world. 

If you want to sell your own brand product, contact us, we will fulfill all your demands and 

offer you products with best quality and price. We will send you the FOB price for the 

products that we have right now. The MOQ of products can be around 1000 PCS.
