Marketing Manager - Focus Social Media(Facebook Youtube Instagram)

Your tasks

You oversee and develop our social media strategy for our Morpheus Labs product line.

Your tasks include building and maintaining our fan base.
You are responsible for the design and implementation of our social media campaigns. You identify new space and ideas for our social media activities, generate new and innovative impulses.
You constantly evaluate evolving social media platforms, tools and trends and recommend innovative approaches.
You proactively identify opportunities arising from social media activities to advance our focus on the customer.
You are responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting social media activities.

What we expect from you

You have successfully completed your business studies with a focus on marketing /communication or a similar degree.
Or you can convince us based on your experience, knowledge and personality.
Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in building an online audience.
You have a strong personal interest in marketing and social media.
You have demonstrated a very good theoretical understanding of brands and target groups and this has already been successfully demonstrated in practice.
You like to try new things, you're creative and brave enough to even take risks.
You can work independently and actively, pursue your goals and successfully implement them.
You can also think sales -oriented and argue convincingly.
You can also create and evaluate excellence lists reliably.
You are characterized by a combination of creativity, analytics and communication.
You will be able to speak and write English with confidence.
You have fun with the fast developments of a young company, on whose development you can proactively influence.

Our company was founded 2008 and we are active in product development, marketing and distribution.
We sell products in the range of accessories for mobile devices.
At the moment we are still a relatively small but steadily growing team and need reinforcements.
This position can also be reached in part -time!
