Q: What is a valid proof of purchase?
A: An Amazon order number for a purchase made through Mountology or Mateplus, and a dated sales receipt from an authorized Mountology Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
Q: What if I don't have any proof of purchase?
A: If you made your purchase through your friend, you could provide the picture of Mountology product. If you made your purchase through an authorized Mountolgy reseller, you may contact the reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.
Q: Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
A: The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won't be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Usually delivers within 3-5 working days.
Q: Who will deliver my order?
A: Your order will be dispatched from Amazon fulfillment center, and we use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the choice of a particular courier for your order.
