Standard Warranty

Mountology will take care of all kind quality-related issues within 18 month warranty period.

During standard warranty, Mountology will either replace or refund for defect Mountology product.

Extension Warranty

Add an additional 6 months to your standard Warranty, which is total 24 months warranty period. During extension warranty, Mountology will either replace or refund for defect Mountology product.

• Our return and warranty service is limited to all purchases made through from Mountology. If you purchased through a different seller, please contact them directly.

• All returned items must be in original condition.We will refund the amount paid for the item and the original shipping cost.Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.

• The warranty is void if we determine that the product was damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification or accident, or was not used in accordance with the product instructions.
