3. Sleep: Before you go out, you must make sure you get enough sleep the night before. 4. Drinking water: Adequate water is added on the way. This effectively prevents the knight from dehydrating from prolonged exposure to the sun and wind. Dehydration can cause sleepiness, confusion, slow reaction and other symptoms that seriously affect safety. Avoid sugary drinks, caffeinated drinks and alcoholic drinks. 5. Diet: Eat less and eat

6. Rest: Take a short break at least every two hours. Go to the toilet and continue to add a little water. 9. Team cycling: If it's a team cycling, you can often try to change everyone's position in the team, which can also help reduce fatigue.
10. Overtaking: Don't follow a car all the time. On the premise of safety, overtaking should be carried out. Because overtaking stimulates the knight's nerves.
